The plan includes an initial up front fee of $399 to cover two cleanings; initial comprehensive exam; secondary exam at second cleaning; unlimited digital x-rays; and unlimited problem focused office visits. In addition, a 37.5% discount is offered on all in office-diagnosed treatment including procedures like Auburn cosmetic dentistry (veneers or porcelain crowns),implant services (restoration and placement), crowns, root canals, dentures, conscious sedation (anxiety control), etc. There is no limit on the number of procedures or items that the Dental Wellness Plan covers within the coverage year. When a patient completes his or her scheduled maintenance during the first year to maintain good oral health, every year thereafter the plan will cost $199.

Dr. Reed has been practicing dentistry for 29-years. He obtained his dental degree at Loyola University School Of Dentistry - Chicago College of Dental Surgery with clinical honors in 1982. He then received a Certificate of Completion in Dental Education for the Care of the Disabled (DECOD) at the University of Washington, with special emphasis on care of the aged, mentally and physically disabled, hospital-bound, developmentally disabled, and mobile and hospital based dentistry.
