Application Process Begins For Cincinnatis Newest Incubator Program For Entrepreneurs

Interested candidates should apply for the program by Fri, March 2.

Two successful minority business owners, Steven Easley and Ben Hanania, will be heading the newest Cincinnati Small Business Incubator, along with the support of CMC Properties and technology partner, PowerNet Global. Together, Easley and Hanania have 29 years of small business startup successes and both share a passion for growing small business.

The Cincinnati Small Business Incubator will provide entrepreneurs with the opportunity to pursue launching a new business with the support of others and the resources needed to build a strong foundation, thereby improving their chances of success.

Centrally located in the Tri-County area and the growing northern Cincinnati submarkets, the incubator will provide mentoring and training in addition to business resources such as an office space, shared conference rooms, communications, administrative staff, branding/marketing, and more. Participating businesses will save time and money by sharing costs to minimize their capital expenditure and avoiding the time-draining hassle of acquiring resources on their own.

“Starting a new business is tough. The unfortunate fact is that the majority of start-ups fail. In most cases it’s because of a combination of too little business knowledge and a failure to control expenses. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Our goal is to address both of these issues by providing the resources, mentorship, training and guidance needed, and thus tip the odds strongly in favor of the success of the new business owner, and in so doing, jumpstart regional economic growth by helping more new businesses grow and contribute to the economic health of the entire region.” Said Ben Hanania with Comtrex, LLC the co-Director and senior mentor for Cincinnati Small Business Incubator (CSBI)

“I strongly believe that education is the key to creating wealth. By providing small businesses with the knowledge, exposure and helping them to recognize and capitalize on opportunities, we can effectively change their future. CSBI will be successful because corporations, individuals and small businesses will come together to support one another.” Said Steven Easley with Easley Blessed Photography, the co-Director and senior mentor for Cincinnati Small Business Incubator (CSBI)

CSBI is supported by many corporate strategic and training partners, including: Toyota, Turner Construction, Cintas, Kroger, TechSoft, RCF (River City Furniture), TriVersity among the few.
