DRV dropped 5.27% today as Real Estate sector had a good trading session today. ELEMENTS Benjamin Graham Small Cap Value ETN (NYSE: BSC) is down 5.06% after yesterday's surge of around 5%. BSC closed at $10.53. Ultra MSCI Japan ProShares (NYSE: EZJ) is down 3.96% as Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc (ADR) (NYSE: MTU), Toyota Motors (NYSE: TM) and Honda (NYSE: HMC) closed in the red zone. Mitsubishi (MTU) is 2.19% down, while Toyota (TM) dropped 1.15% and Honda (HM) lost 1.5%. ProShares UltraShort Real Estate (ETF) (NYSE: SRS) is down 3.42% as Simon Property Group, Inc (NYSE: SPG) surged 4.71%. 	Benzinga's Top 5 ETF Gainers (UAG, UBN, BSC, AGF, SMK) The stock market is pretty flat today, but big movers are in commodities. Therefore the top gainers among ETFs are related to commodity instruments. UBS E-TRACS CMCI Agriculture (NYSE: UAG) leads the ETFs with the biggest jump in the price as the gains in Soybeans and wheat futures contracts lifted this ETF. UBS E-TRACS CMCI Agriculture (NYSE: UAG) is 6.79% up and trades around $22.19. UBS E-TRACS CMCI Energy Total Return (NYSE: UBN) is also doing well as Bloomberg CMCI Energy Index is up. The large part of the index are WTI Crude Oil (NYMEX:CL) and HHUB Natural Gas. UBN added 5.37% so far and its price is currently at $15.50. 	Fed's Bill Dudley Explains Bank Runs, Discusses Collateral Risks, Suggests Way To Prevent Systemic Collapse An impressively comprehensive presentation by Bill Dudley before the Center for Economic Policy Studies Symposium earlier, discusses, and ties in, all the key concepts Zero Hedge has been discussing over the past several months, among these the tri-party repo system, bank runs (what and why), collateral, moral hazard, maturity mismatch, unsecured markets, Primary Dealer Credit Facility, Commercial Paper Funding Facility, and liquidity.
